Services
We are a general contractor based in Beltsville, Maryland. We build and fit the cabinetry in this catalogue, and we take on the rest of the room — or the rest of the house — when that is what the job needs.
Cabinet installation
We can deliver the cabinets and leave, or we can set them, scribe them, hang the doors and adjust every hinge before we go. Installation is priced per cabinet by type, because a 96″ pantry is not the same job as a 12″ filler.
How the estimate works
- Build your cart. The running install estimate updates with every cabinet you add.
- Book a free measure. Someone comes out, checks the walls for plumb and the floor for level, and confirms what actually fits.
- The estimate becomes a quote. Anything the measure turns up — a soffit, a gas line in the wrong place, a floor that runs out an inch — gets priced then, not later.
- We install. A typical kitchen of twenty to thirty cabinets takes two to three days.

- Setting and levelling every cabinet, shimmed to the high point of the floor
- Scribing fillers and end panels to out-of-plumb walls
- Hanging doors and adjusting all six-way hinges
- Fitting drawer boxes and setting soft-close travel
- Cutting and mitring light rail, crown and toe kick
- Cut-outs for sinks, cooktops and outlets in cabinet backs
- Haul-away of all packaging
What is not
- Plumbing and electrical connections
- Flooring, drywall repair and painting
- Permits, and any structural or soffit work
Countertops and stone are not part of the per-cabinet installation price, but they are not somebody else's problem either — we template, fabricate and fit them as their own line, quoted separately.
Modifications
If a stock size does not work, the cabinet can be altered in the shop before it ships. These are priced per cabinet and added to your order like anything else.
